Through the EMBL Webin Submission Portal you can create BioProject/Study accessions (named “Studies (Projects)” in the dashboard), BioSamples accessions (named “Samples” on the dashboard), and submit sequence data to ENA (named “Raw Reads (Experiments and Runs)” in the dashboard).
